Fuel America is now open in Worcester, serving coffee roasted on-site as well as sandwiches, smoothies and beer from Worcester’s Flying Dreams Brewing Co. Other local offerings include Worcester’s KrafTea Kombucha and MEM Tea of Cambridge.

PCA’s design puts back-of-house roasting operations on center stage behind large glazed garage doors, offering views and opportunities for patrons to participate in scheduled tours and tastings. “We were impressed by the theater it created,” said Rick Vallarelli, one of three managing partners for the company in a recent article in the Worcester Business Journal.
