PCA’s Emeline Gaujac is participating in a BSA panel discussion on August 26th at 1:30 to talk about the design community’s response helping restaurants during the COVID-19 crisis.
Emeline led the charge at PCA to develop a practical guide for restaurateurs to design customized outdoor dining spaces. So far, PCA has helped 10 restaurants implement outdoor seating as part of the BSA’s volunteer design assistance program, with Emeline, Steve Bryson and Meghan Bell wielding hammer and nails during actual build-out at Old Havana in Jamaica Plain.
Tune in to the panel next week and learn more about how it is all working, what has surprised them, and what they are thinking about for the future.
