The PCA team is excited to be part of the 140 Clarendon Street project bringing 210 units of supportive housing to the City of Boston. Collaborating with Beacon Communities, Mount Vernon Company and the Pine Street Inn, we are transforming 140 Clarendon Street to provide housing and support services for the city’s homeless.

The groundbreaking was an emotional ceremony attended by Mayor Wu, Governor Charlie Baker, local community members and stakeholders.

Construction is scheduled to finish the summer of 2023.
