The PCA project team was on site for the Grand Opening of the McElwain School Apartments in Bridgewater, MA with clients Capstone Communities LLC and MPZ Development LLC.

Achieving Passive House/PHIUS+ 2018 CORE Certification and expecting LEED for Homes v4 Gold, this multifamily residential project meets the highest industry standards for overall energy reduction.

The historic renovated schoolhouse and the new apartment building includes a total of 57 units with 51 earmarked as affordable, a new public green and playground, and community amenity spaces for the residents.
