PCA is honored to be the architect for the redeveloped 140 Clarendon Street project in Boston’s Back Bay! Celebrating at the Grand Opening, the PCA team joined clients Beacon Communities LLC and Mount Vernon Company, as well as Boston Mayor Michelle Wu and Ed Augustus, Massachusetts Secretary of Housing and Livable Communities for the day’s events.
140 Clarendon re-imagines the 13-story former YWCA into much-needed permanent affordable housing with 210 new apartments, amenity and community spaces for low-income residents and formerly unhoused individuals managed by project partner – Pine Street Inn.
