PCA was on site for the Grand Opening Celebration of Leland House in Waltham MA – a PHIUS certified/all electric building – meeting Passive House standards.

Located at the center of the city, Leland House, an affordable senior living community, compromises 68 units (1 and 2 bedroom apartments homes) and provides supportive programming and welcoming spaces for residents.

We enjoyed partnering with our amazing clients 2Life Communities and Deaconess Abundant Life Communities as well as our project team members: Petersen Engineering Inc (MEP), BPLUSAC, LLC (Structural), Stantec (Civil + Landscape), New Ecology, Inc. (CPHC) and DellbrookJKS (Cost Estimating + Construction Management).

And a big kudos to the PCA architecture and interior design team: Laura Homich, DiAnn Tufts, Stephen Banning, Lauren McGrath, Tara Martin and Tracy Dupont (Karen Sutin and Greg Smith too).
