Inspired by Fuel America’s 1950s mechanic’s garage logo and brand, our prototype design makes use of raw, “industrial chic” materials throughout. Raw polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, industrial light fixtures, metal finishes and custom murals combine to create an workman’s shop feel. Operable glass garage doors open up for tours of the back-of-house bright red coffee roastery, proving Fuel is not your average cup of joe.
The coffeehouse offers custom specialty coffees, fresh-pressed juices, baked goods, homemade breakfasts, sandwiches, salads and smoothies along with local micro-brewed beers and wine options. This optionality is reflected in our design. A flexible layout offers a menu of seating options, from coffee bar, banquets, tables and lounge seating, to high tops facing the streetside and the roastery.
