  • I’m from  Buffalo, NY

  • My education  Bachelor of Fine Arts & Bachelor of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design

  • Any community service?  I am involved in the Rhode Island Chapter of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction). Some of the outreach programs that inspire our future generations are Block Kids, Rosie's Girls and CAD Drafting competition.

  • Why PCA?  The supportive team approach. Each member brings their unique talents to the table, and it is exciting to see what happens when it all comes together.

  • My earliest architectural / interior design memory  My Dad was always renovating portions of our house growing up, and I witnessed first hand the process from initial idea to the built form. I loved the smell of fresh cut wood, hearing nails getting hammered into place and seeing every step of construction reveal more about the final design.

  • My favorite space  A treehouse, built into the canopy of the forest

  • My favorite aspect of working with clients is  I enjoy translating the wants and needs of clients into the built form.

  • Cats or dogs?  Dogs for sure

  • Coffee or tea?  Both, but if I had to choose one the scale is definitely tipped towards coffee. It is just stronger.

  • Ball point or felt tip?  Ball point because it is waterproof

  • If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?  Playing the piano

  • The craziest thing I’ve ever done is  Moving to Telluride on Christmas Day with a suitcase and hardly knowing anyone that lived there.

  • The most fulfilling thing I've done  Raising my daughter

  • My best vacation  Driving across country with a friend from Buffalo to Montana and ending the trip by taking the Coast Starlight train by myself from Seattle to LA then eventually to Phoenix.
