Modera Revere Beach, a oceanfront residential living experience, sited where the Belle Isle Marsh meets Revere Beach is located in Revere MA – five miles north of Boston. A popular attraction to Bostonians and Greater Boston residents, Revere Beach is the oldest public beach in the United States. As the project team approached the design, it was important to reflect the significance of this destination.
PCA’s design team envisioned the two buildings with casual chic and natural well-being in mind where the aesthetic of crisp, polished and simple combined with adventurous, peaceful and connected to nature manifests in the color palette of the exterior façade and materials. The chamfered edges and curves of each distinct building’s exterior structure further expresses this design intent.
