Jim in a nutshell

  • I’m from  the Boston area.

  • A place that has affected me  Giza, Egypt

  • Building or place I wish I designed  The Boston Federal Reserve. It's a building with real dimension and details that fits its surroundings yet projects exactly what it is: a secure place of importance but approachable from the ground level.

  • The most inspiring part of my job is  having a client say something on the lines of, "You know, it turned out better than the drawings and pictures."
