Designed for well-known local restaurateur Ben Williams, Barley & Salt provides an upscale ambiance for his extensive craft beer list and street food menu. The new free-standing building is located midway between the established Settlers’ Green outlet retail development and its newest expansion, Settlers’ Streetside. The restaurant offers a welcome spot to gather over food and drink after a day of retail therapy.
Inspired by a New England mill building warehouse style and Brooklyn beer halls, the building features a rich brick façade, arched windows and double height ceilings lit by large industrial-style chandeliers. A three-season outdoor deck offers views of the Green Hills of New Hampshire.
