At MarketStreet, we built upon our expertise in placemaking and retail environments to create one of Boston metro-area’s favorite destinations. A classic town center design comprised of a ten-block network of streets with first-floor retail and second-level office space, creates a Town Green and Market Square. Serving as the feature public amenity, the Green is surrounded by cafés and restaurants where families and friends can gather and mingle. Today, the entirety of MarketStreet is an irresistible draw for the surrounding communities.
An eclectic variety of building forms, heights, and materials create the mosaic quality which is prevalent in more evolved towns and villages. MarketStreet is anchored by a major supermarket, entertainment venues, and restaurants. Tree-lined streets further enforce the town-center feel, a perfect backdrop for fashion retail and a variety of smaller restaurants and cafés.
