Working closely with the tight-knit neighborhood group and our developer partners, the PCA team engaged in a design dialogue regarding the look and feel of the exterior building as well as the interior design to ensure a contextual fit within the community.
Together, this team designed Saige on Fountain to reflect a natural aesthetic with sustainable textiles, furnishings and finishes with neutral tones and subtle pops of color into a contemporary residential experience.
Of special note, Saige on Fountain is 100% affordable with 20 units being sold to buyers with incomes at or below 80% AMI. The remaining 20 units are allocated to households with incomes at or below 100% of the AMI. Saige on Fountain is the first all electric, multiunit ownership development in the city of Boston.
